Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk person to join our team! As the Front Desk person, you will be the first point of contact for our customers.
You will greet customers as they arrive, direct them appropriately, answer phone calls, and handle lane reservations. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers
- Respond to inquiries in-person, over the phone
- Maintain a clean and organized area
- Be responsible for lane assignments and reservations
- Pour Beer and Wine
- Make food with a conveyor pizza oven
Qualifications
- Friendly and professional disposition
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong work ethic
- Familiar with computers, POS and scheduling software is preferred
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- This is a tip earning position
